Containing two commercial villas, this property appears from the exterior as a white rectangular volume which is cut by large, horizontal windows as the white rectangular volume folds upwards in an L-shape; it culminates in a protrusion that sits on a V-shaped column, which in turn forms a sheltered threshold below. Wooden cladding panels add a lighter surface material along the façade, contrasting with the stylish white folding surfaces. The junction of the two intertwining volumes, a minimalist glass staircase leads up to the first floor. At night, light emanates from the glazed façade.
