Sitting on the edge of the Meydan golf course, these three spacious houses enjoy a spectacular view. The project consists of two chalets with a villa sitting between them, all orientated to face the golf course to maximize the fantastic view.
The three properties form a cluster of stylish buildings on the fringe of the golf course. While the villa in the center is a high white volume carved by window openings, the two chalets are low volumes which sit close the ground, allowing the exterior and interior spaces to seemingly flow together. The living areas of the chalets have a glass facade that opens out onto a terrace area, enhancing the feeling of connection between the interior and exterior. The large living space spread across one floor sits under a roof that cantilevers over the terrace area, providing shade and enhancing the quality of space in the two chalets.
