Two high stone walls define the edges of these two villas, which are offset from the ground and appear as floating volumes. A zigzag travertine wall defines the front edge of the properties, creating a facade towards the street. The niches within this wall define the two separate entrances, which are located at either side of the plot boundary. The two building volumes are defined by windows which run up the entire length of the facade, creating an exterior image of the building as a carved sculptural object. The white walls of the building volumes contrast with the black metal detailing around the windows.
